The Grand Canyon is, and remains, one of the most stunning natural landscapes on earth: a dazzling array of colorful rock layers, awe-inspiring buttes, and shadowed rock. Things we’ve learned about Arizona, thus far:
- The Grand Canyon was just amazing as they say it is.
- Don’t let the name fool ya: Dead Horse Ranch State Park is an excellent place to park the RV. Only $19 a night for water and electric (30 and 50 amp) hook ups
- Even if you don’t go for all that hocus pocusy psychic-babble regarding Vortex energies and such, the Rock Towers of Red Rock State Park in Sedona are a gorgeous sight, great for picture taking and scenic drives.
